  • Absolute Commercial Confidentiality: In working with scale-ups, PE-backed firms, and global enterprises, we are entrusted with highly sensitive intellectual property, M&A strategies, and financial data. We safeguard this information with the highest level of security and discretion.

  • Human-Centric Objectivity: We recognise that businesses are powered by people. We provide honest, unbiased counsel to founders and the C-suite, ensuring that our strategies not only improve the bottom line but also build team resilience and capability.

  • Transparency in Value: We are committed to absolute clarity regarding our engagement models, fees, and expected outcomes. We do not prescribe solutions without first conducting a proper diagnostic audit of your business needs.

Terms of Business & Privacy Policy

These terms govern the commercial relationship between Maestro Marketing Ltd and our clients, ensuring a secure, transparent, and legally sound partnership.

1. Corporate Integrity & Insurance

Maestro Marketing Ltd operates with the highest standards of professional integrity. We hold comprehensive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance to provide our clients with complete peace of mind when engaging us for strategic blueprints, managed orchestration, or fractional leadership.

(Note: Where services are delivered under the umbrella of The Marketing Centre, the specific contractual terms of that partnership will run concurrently with these operational standards.

2. Engagement Models & Fees

Our commercial engagements are structured into three distinct tiers. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be outlined in a bespoke Statement of Work (SOW) prior to commencement:

  • The Strategic Blueprint (Project-Based): Billed as a one-off project fee. 50% is required upon signing the SOW to mobilize the audit, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the Modern Marketing Playbook™.

  • The Managed Orchestration (Monthly Partner): Billed on a retained monthly basis. Invoices are issued on the 1st of the month with a 14-day payment term.

  • The Fractional Maestro (Retainer/CMO): Billed at an agreed daily or monthly retainer rate.

3. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We are fully committed to protecting your corporate and personal privacy, operating in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Data Collection: We only collect commercial and personal information strictly necessary for your strategic growth journey, including contact details, market data, and signed strategic agreements.

  • Security: All client records, strategic roadmaps, and commercial audits are stored on secure, encrypted digital systems.

  • Confidentiality: Your commercial information is kept strictly private. We will never share your strategic data, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, or messaging frameworks with third parties without your explicit, written consent.

  • Your Rights: You maintain the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal and commercial data at any time by contacting us directly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, the bespoke strategic assets created for your business (e.g., The Messaging Matrix™, investor pitch decks, and specific GTM roadmaps) become the intellectual property of your organization. The underlying methodologies, including the Maestro Marketing Spectrum™, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maestro Marketing Ltd.

5. Flexibility & Termination

We believe in partnerships built on mutual value, not locked doors. Monthly managed and fractional retained services require a standard 30-day written notice for termination or pausing of services, allowing for a professional handover of all assets and network management.
